Vince has just replaced several windows for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the start, he was friendly, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. He worked professionally throughout, kept everything clean and tidy, and made sure disruption was kept to a minimum - he even brought his own hoover! Vince came - at short notice - to fix my door handle. (“Wear and tear” was the culprit.) He installed a temporary alternative handle rendering my home secure and will order a new one to match the rest of door’s hardware. Explained about the different types of locks I could have, fully understood my experience and applied the best - and right - solution for me. Also explained the difference between conventional lubricant sprays and silicon sprays for maintaining the door’s moving parts. No pressure sales. No easy cop-out. All about what’s right for me. Totally trustworthy in his dealings with me as a customer. Looking forward to his return visit and installation of the new hardware. Oh, and that’s when I’m to pay the bill - even though I offered part-payment. That doesn’t happen much nowadays. Stick to the local independents - much better service. The big boys didn’t respond to an online query, or said “…they didn’t have availability until next week”. Thanks Vince.

Vince and his team installed 2 new doors, can't fault the workmanship and their professionalism. They even patched a small hole in a plasterboard wall without being asked. Would happily recommend them to any and everyone who needs work done and if we need other work doing they'll be out first call.
